Contact Numbers

(see emergency numbers also below)

Personal: 070 10 402668

This number is routed to my office. If the line is busy or unanswered (and you don’t hang up too soon) it is transferred to my mobile telephone. If the mobile is busy you can leave a message on the voicemail and I am automatically telephoned, as soon as the line is free, and your message is relayed. This is the most efficient method of contacting me as I am often out of the office and you don’t have to phone 2 numbers to find me.

However BT are now adding an announcement before you are connected to warn you that you are telephoning a private number and that you could be charged up to 50p a minute or a fixed fee of 51p.

I have paid for my personal number, and receive no commission or fee for calls made to it. My service provider states that calls cost 35p a minute to the caller (BT line).

MOBILE: 07765 406527 (Vodafone)

If you prefer to call me on my mobile number please do. If I am speaking on another line I will have to cancel your call and telephone you back. Note: If you are phoning from a private branch exchange the number shown on my phone may not accept incoming calls. If I am in my car, the call is received via a hands-free device.

OFFICE: 01234 750971 (BT)

If it is busy you will not be able to leave a message. If I am out, you can leave a message on the office answering machine but this will not be checked until I return to the office.

FAX: 0709 2870164

This is also a private number which allows facsimiles to be converted to an email message - as I do not have a separate telephone line and fax machine for the very few faxes I receive. The advertised cost is 32p a minute to the sender, which is much longer than the time it takes to send a page.
